I need a diagnosis

I am a former victom of an anyurism that has left me partial in all of my motor-skills and limits me to certain physical performances. The occurance took place back in '99 but since recently I've been experiencing strange pains in my neck, both shoulders (leading down to the middle of my back)and my useful arm hurts me more than the parylized one. I would like to know if I am experiencing symptoms of any new or anonymous infirmities or disorders/diseases. I remember watching a special on the news a few days back about a serious yet common health problem that surprisingly touted all of the symptoms conveyed by my body. Please tell me if there might be anything I should be concerned about. Thank you!
