I felt like I was coming down with a cold with scatchy throat, lesions that hurt in my mouth, and generalized muscles aches but they were more intense in my right arm and hand. This has persisted for several days but now I noticed that my right wrist is slightly swollen. Is this a flu-like virus that simply needs time to resolve? I was outside cleaning up yard debris after the hurricane in Fort Lauderdale 2-3 days before the symptoms started. I did get some scatches and a few bites.
