Shingles

I have had shingles before I think I have them now but I don't remember having some of these symptoms. I have on the back of my neck a small cluster of blisters that burn and on my back I have areas of discolored skin those areas burn and tingle. the thing I don't remember having is fluid under the skin is this another symptom of the shingles?
