I had a recent MRI and it showed that I had narrowing around the c7t1 & c67. can this be repaired by therapy or does it require shots or surgery?

You would really need a surgeon to answer that question. He/she could make a more educated answer after looking at your tests in person, and examining you.

It is really impossible to answer that over the internet.
