I'm having pain in my upper left arm in the front. Not coming from the inside or outside muscle, but more from the bone, 6 inches below my shoulder. It's an ache that is there all day and sometimes goes as low as my wrist. What could be causing this?

ACCEPTED Check Mark

It would be very difficult to comment without actually examining you.
It could be a simple strain/muscle sprain.
It could be a bony trauma.
It could be referred pain from the heart (if it occurs after exertion)
it could be a blood vessel disease leading to decreased blood flow, local nerve injury, soft tissue tumor etc.
You would need to contact your physcian so that proper tests can be done to diagnose your condition,
