I fell about a week ago and hurt my wrist and arm right Im not sure what bone that is around by wrist. I still have alot of swelling. Xrays were negative. The still have a little pain. Should i get an MRI.

If the x ray didn't show any broken bones, then chances are you pulled tendons and ligaments, which can take up to 6 months to heal. (For healing time, it is almost better to break a bone than to have pulled tendons ligaments etc. So with it only being a week and a half out, I wouldn't do an MRI yet. Ice, Ibuprofen it good for swelling. But you may also want to the alternate the ice packs with moist heat as well. Which will help with blood circulation in that area as well.
