right arm pain with numbness in whole hand wake up at

right Arm pain with numbness in whole hand. Wake up at night with pain and numbness in right arm & hand. Have noticed this off and on for couple of months. Now it's every day. I have also had a few episodes of light headedness and body weak with heart going fast.I'm female 43 yrs. sad to say but I smoke pack a day. You think it's my heart or carpule tunnel?
