I have been weight lifting of 5 months.I,m 44 years old
did get very sore at the beging but it eased off. Last mouth November took off a month working out of the area Started back to weight lifting. Brfore I started had pain in left upper arm . Don't know how I damage it or that I did. I was not lifting at the time. After 2 weeks no inproment. Very weak and in pain tryed to lift just can not do it. I,m in pain just lifting every day thing little to no weight at all. What can I do ?
