when i get up and move around for even the breafest time

When I get up and move around, for even the breafest time, I start to hurt in my chest, upper arms and even my jaw bone, It goes away after a while, I presently have a cold, and also take sinus meds along with my heart medication, Tarka 2/180, and nexium 40mg. I have felt this for several days since the onset of the cold, any suggestions I am only 43 and starting to get worried, but can not afford to go to the hospital.
