this morning i noticed swelling in my right hand and wrist ...

this morning i noticed swelling in my right hand and wrist and the skin is also blotchy and discolored. the swelling has moved pretty quickly up my right forearm. i cant find any signs of a bite or wound. my hands have turned cold and tingle off and on. my left arm is discolored and cold but i cant notice significant swelling. i have also felt tingling in my face. and i feel weak and short of breath. please respond quickly, as this is frighteningOptional Information: Male , Age: 20Already Tried: ice to reduce swelling, elevation, aspirin (THIS SEEMS TO KEEP GETTING WORSE PLEASE RESPOND QUICKLY
