Question

im yo and im having pain in my chest and lower left arm it

im 30yo and im having pain in my chest and lower left arm, it lasts for only a second or two and it usually happens when i stand up or move too much, it started the other day. i dont have any other symptoms other then having problems sleeping on my sides. should i go to emergency room, is this possible sign of a heart attackOptional Information: Male , Age: 30

Hello

As a health professional, ANY chest pain is considered a "red flag" in our minds. I highly suggest that you go get this checked out as soon as possible. Even though you are rather young, it isn't unheard of for you to have cardiac difficulties at 30 years of age. It could be something that you have had for a long time and has just started to show itself, or it could be minor, such as muscular. However, to be on the safe side, if it were ME, I would be checking it out.
