I have an ache on my upper right arm. This pain does not feel like its in the joint. When my arm is lowered in the writing position, that's when its hurts the most. I've use a heating pad and pain ointment, taken pain killers and "self" doctored on myself for 5 days. I am not sure which specialist (doctor) to go to, orthopedic or neurologist. I can't take the pain no longer. Help!
