I had went to get some blood work done and the something went wrong. When she stuck the needle in my arm a sharp tingling feeling went up and down my arm into my index finger and my thumb and then everything went numb up until now it is constent pain and i can't use my right arm. Could you tell me if this was cause by a thinning disk in my neck
