I woke up this morning with tiny red spots on my lower left arm this morning. They do not itch or hurt. They look like broken blood vessels. I don't know if any of this is related, but I have had a continues hoarse voice (no pain) for months, and I have been having intermitent pain on my left side just under my rib cage for 3 or 4 days. Do I have anything to worry about? Terri
