Sent to Health Experts February 02, 2006 10:30 a.m.
I recently recieved third degree chemical burns from a water-bra. Apparently the chemical in the bra was not water. I have also obtained a lymph gland infection under my left arm to the burn on my left breast. I have been taking anti-biotics as directed. Now, the glands on the left side of my neck all the way down my left arm are swollen and painful. As of this morning, I cant raise my left arm. My question is, could this be life threatening? Also my concern, my mother had Hodgkins Disease. Should I have concerns about that? And will this have long term effects?(the chemical burn & lymph gland infection)Thanks!
