Question

I have tingling and firey pain in my arm at night

At first when I was sleeping I would wake up with numbness and tingling as if my arm had fallen asleep perhaps I laid on it for to long, but now I am awaken 2 or 3 times with a firey hot pain in my wrist and hand and the numbness and tingling down the right arm. I am generally a healthy person.

Generally numbness indicates entrapped or pinched nerve. You need to see your doctor for further evaluation. Generally a NCV and/or EMG test can indicate where this is occurring for proper treatment. If left untreated could cause further damage.

This could be a nerve anywhere from your hand to your shoulder, the above tests will indicate what is going on.
