I have severe arm pain like a pinched nerve with numb fingers whenever I lay down, sit still, or sleep. When I get up and walk around, or work during the day it disapears.
Lately , over the past couple of weeks, the pain has stayed with me longer before going away. I have tried sleeping setting up, warm neck pillows, elevating my arm, but nothing
changes. Now I'm starting to get a slight similar issue with my other arm and fingers.

Can you suggest what may be the issue? Next steps?

Thanks,
Carole
