My 3 1/2 year old has raised white bumps on arms and they have blotchy redness. And they ich. He does get exima. But I know this isn't that. Do you have any idea what it can it be.
This started after having sunscreen on and playing outside for about 2-3 hours. It was last years suncreen. It wasn only on one arm yesterday. Zyrtic calmed it down. But the warm shower brough it out again and now it's on both arms.
