in the last day i have had a red area appear on my upper arm it feels like nodules alittle sore to touch and some heat coming from it     itches a little help could i have been bitten by something

Yes this time of year it is very possible you could have been bitten by something. Your best bet is to take some Benadryl as this will help with any reaction and the itching as well. Also a warm compress would help as well and should it become larger or the pain becomes more apparent you should have it looked at. This could be possibly a bite from a spider but if it has been more than a day then you would have seen a quicker reaction if it were a poisonous bite.
