I had a sensation of vibration down my left arm.

I had a sensation of vibration down my left arm. Could this be a sympton of heart problem?

Yes this can be the sign of a heart problem, as well as a neurological disorder or nerve damage and well as a circulation problem. Any time you have numbness or sensations develop in your left arm it should be evaluated further to rule out any chance of heart problems although there are othe things like the above that can cause this as well, it is better to be safe then sorry.
