I've been experiencing light headedness and numbness/tingling in both of my arms. Should I go to urgent care?

Yes if this has gone on for more than 24 hours then I would recommend that you go to urgent care this way they can give you a thorough examination, check your vitals and make sure that there are no coronary problems causing these symptoms. Usually numbness in the left arm is the most urgent but since you are also experiencing lightheadedness I think they should also do some bloodwork as well to further evaluate what could be the cause behing the symptoms that you are experiencing. And if they feel you need further care they will recommend that you go to the ER. If you have not been injured in anyway that could cause some nerve damage which can be associated with tingling and numbess you should be seen.
