I worked out yesterday at the gym. I worked on a crosstraining machine, (part stairstepper, part upper body type) I noticed last night, and even more today that I have a muscle twitch, or muscle spasm in my arm socket area. It doesn't hurt, but it is quiet annoying. Is there a type of pill that might help it to stop?

Hi,

More then likely it is a pulled muscle from your workout.

Aleve is the best thing that can be used for the pain, though a warm compress may work quite well to. (I would suggest thermacare heat wraps) they work wonders for this kind of strain. I use them quite frequently and they work better then anything else.

Hi,

Aleve is a good muscle relaxant as well as a pain reliever, so yes it may help with it.

Though I think the thermacare heat wraps is the best thing right now. It ill help to relax the muscle and help with the "twitching"
