Without seeing this, does make it a bit hard, but going by your description, it does sound as though it's a boil/infected follicle. Which antibiotics may or may not help at this point. If you were given the antibiotics for this, continue to take them. Bu tin the mean time apply a warm moist compress to the area several times a day, which will promote this to burst. Don't try to squeeze this, as it can cause further infection. If doing the above doesn't help over the next couple of days, then please do see your doctor as he may have to lance this. Generally they will burst on their own. Also you can take ibuprofen
