I recently felt a ache type of pain on my right breast bone, a day or two later I felt the same ache on my upper left breast bone. These usually don't come at the same time. My arm does not hurt, rather it feels sore. When I become active or play any type of sport my heart began to beat rapidly after, and I have to lie down. What is this? Is there a medication I can take?
