for the past couple of weeks i have had what i thought were alergies, but all of a sudden today i woke up worse than ever, a headache, muscle aches, stuffy nose, and sore throat. throughout the day it has been getting worse. now i can berily lift up my arm to get a drink and my headache has turned into a migrain.i am lying down and i cant move. i feel as though i am a million pounds. what is wrong with me? or what can i do?
