f/45 wt.180...history of high b/p...off medication

f/45 wt.180...history of high b/p...off medication because after losing weight it cae down. B/P has been high for about the past yr......not to bad....
Question: I was awaken last night with my whole right arm numb and acking...lasted for 5-6 hrs. I happened again this after noon and lasted for about 2hrs.
It is my RIGHT arm....not my left.....could this be something going on with my heart or could it be because of my B/P?
