In Nov. 2004 I began having a dull deep bruise-like pain in my left upper arm on the outside. In April 2005 my right arm began in the same manner. The pain is continuous and seems to be increasing in intensity and also occasional sharp pain going through my arm if I move it the wrong way. It is also moving into the lower arm (topside), also. I had a cortisone injection in the left arm which helped for 2 weeks. I went to physical therapy for 8 sessions. I went to a chiropractor for 4 sessions. I had an MRI through an orthopedic doctor in left & showed minimal scar tissue which the doctor said "might help if I had surgery to scrape it". I apply cold packs & the chiropractor also gave me a muscle stimulator to use. I see no improvement. Any suggestions as to what this might be or what kind of doctor to see next?
