i have some numbness in the right arm and tightness. It feels like some one is hitting my right arm

You may need to see a Orthopedic surgeon to rule out the following conditions:

pinched nerve in the neck

thoracic outlet syndrome

carpal tunnel syndrome

repetitive stress injury

In the mean time you can take Advil tablet.
