I have a bumpy rash on my arms after trimming pine trees. It's itchy and after I took a hot shower this morning the bumps began oozing clear liquid. Is there anything I can do to help the itching and prevent this from spreading?

Hi

Pine trees can be quite irritant and can produce quite a prolonged eruption as you describe.

What you are doing is entirely appropriate.

The only other thing you could do would be to ask your Dr for a prescription of oral steroids.

Keep well covered up the next time......
