Sent to Health Experts August 26, 2006 4:01 p.m.

2 1/2 weeks ago I hit. My lower neck on the corner of a desk. Every since then I have had pain in my neck, left shoulder, arm, elbow, hand. In the being the pain was a 5 . From 0 to 10. But the last 7 days the pain has gotten worse. 20 From 0 to 10.
I have tingling in lower neck, server pain from my neck that runs into my shoulder down my arm in my elbow to my hand. I can't pick up anything or even skip up my purse with my left hand because I get server pain running up that side. The pain is so server that pain medication don't even help.

What could be the problem that is causing this?
What can I do at home to help my problem?
