there is a small amount of fluid adjacent to the supraspinatus tendon and within the substance of the tendon consistent with a partial tear. fluid was not identified within the subacromial or subdeltoid bursa although hypertrophy of the acromioclavicular joint was noted demonstrating impingement. the tip of the acromion was also slightly pointed towards the tendon in part contributing to the impingement. what does this mean, its is the results from my mri and i dont understand.
