I had breast implants (in armpit) and didn't realize that I should take off my steri strips under my arm (surgery was two days ago). Should I be concerned? i bought new ones at the drug store but don't know if I have put them on correctly. please advise.

If they are straight, and a bit tighter than a normal bandage you are fine. You do not need to remove these, they will come off on their own.

It's hard to explain. Tight enough that you feel them pulling the incision together. But not too tight where it causes discomfort. If they are laying over the incision they are fine as far as straightness.
