I have severe swelling in my arm pit. It is painful when i lift my arm or try to rotate it. I can feel a lumpy mass of what feels like hard tissue under my skin. I have been told this is where my lymph nodes are located.   I am a 41 year old black male and I would like to know is there need for immediate concern.     Thank you.
