Hi i am a male 18 years old, for the past few days i have noticed pain in my right armpit, so painful that i cant even raise my arm more than 45 degrees, could you tell me what the problem is, I mean i lifted weights on friday pretty hard i knew i was going to be sore but the rest of my body has seemed to heal up pretty fast and i have never had a problem with my armpit being sore
