I am a 51 year old healthy woman. (July, had all bloodwork + colonoscopy) all came out well. However, about 6 weeks ago I had a numbness in my left arm (mostly in the middle inside and then goes to forearm to hand. Now I have it in the back of my legs and bottom of my feet. It seems like it may be going to my right arm slowly. My back doesn't hurt. I especially feel these sensations when I get in bed, but I do feel it all day. I'm going to fly next week, and I'm worried about whether or not I should see a Dr. before I fly. THank you for your prompt response. XXXXX@XXXXXX.XXX   p.s. I also have terrible insomnia (for years, but more so in the last year), Menopause? I take prescription sleeping aids.
