Looking to find out about a rash in the groin area. The rash is in the crease of the groin and has spread along my inner thighs. This morning, I noticed a blotch of the same rash on my right arm near where the joint bends at the elbow. It's not on the elbow side but the forearm side where the joint bends. Help???

Already Tried:
Shaving affected area and applying Rubbing Alcohol, Gold Bond Medicated Powder, benedryl.
