i have round patches all over my groin area and under my arm pits . they are scaly and red they donot itch they got real red but no headache or anything. i went into a pool in     arizona and came out and this is what happen i drive a 18 wheeler and up north in cool dry weather they seem to lighten up come back to fla they get redder
