I have experienced a week of high pressure, but this is the start of the school year so there is a lot of pressure anyway. I am having tingling in my neck and hands and arms and some in my feet. This has gone on since school statred but this week it was worse. Is this all anxiety? I am overweight but I don;t smoke.

Dear Customer (name blocked for privacy),

This is not necessarily caused from anxiety, but the increased anxiety may be making your symptoms worse. When numbness or tingling spreads from the neck down the arm to the fingers, it could indicate a pinched nerve caused by a herniated disc or a muscle strain.

I suggest you make an appointment with your doctor to rule out anything serious. You can expect some blood tests and some radiology testing such as x-rays and possibly a CT scan or ultrasound to check your arteries for possible blockage.
