I'm having pain, numbness, some tingling pain and swelling in both hands, especially when i lay down at night. The right arm is the worst expecially when i lay on that side it just goes numb, hand swells and the hand gets so stiff. I have had some pain recently in my back. I play golf and i do a lot of mowing. What can i do for some relief until my insurance kicks in October lst, I can't sleep at night because when i lay down the pain gets bad.
