for the past 2 days i have a discomfort under my arm between my elbow and upper arm and my breast to and i dont know if i should go to the emergency room

Is there any swelling under the arm?

Is there any swelling anywhere else?

Have you has pain, discharge or skin changes on the nipples or breasts?

Have you any history of night sweats, losing weight, unexplained bruising?

Is the pain on the body...can be specific to location? Can you describe the discomfort?
