I have about 11 sores/blisters which formed on my ...

I have about 11 sores/blisters which formed on my right arm between my elbow and wrist about 2 days ago. I noticed them as small dark grey spots where the skin easily came off when rubbed. I applied neosporin to them today and it actually seem to irritate the areas more than help. Most are small the biggest is no bigger than my entire pinky nail. Any ideas?
