I am 39 year old female and I am in pretty good condition not overweight, but I do smoke. I have been having chest pains and they seem to be worse when I lay down at night. Sometimes my arm hurts in the morning. During the day my chest does'nt hard as bad, but I will get sharp pains very once in awhile. Do you have any idea what this might be?
