Hi! Please see your doctor. If could something as simple as a sebaceous cyst from a hair follicle or a lymph node. But you need to get it checked to be sure. This is not uncommon, but I always say it is better to be way safe than sorry later. It could also be an infected sweat gland, you may need to get it drained and be on antibiotics. Please have this checked for peace of mind. Thanks!!
