Can you tell me is this a sign of something serious? This morning I awoke with no problems. Then 2 hours after my right arm, sholder and back locked up or should I say tightened. The pain has gotten worse and now it feels that it is getting larger. My neck has come into it and my left arm. My hands get numb along with the parts that are in pain. Turning my neck, or lifting it after I've had it proped up hurts very bad. The pain is mostly in my right sholder towards the back. That musle on my back that works for my arm movement. I can move my hand a little while like moving the mouse and then it locks up and shakes. I can't control it. My mind says move my arm or my hand and it won't budge. What are these signs of?
