could this be something worse or am i over thinking it

i dont really know how to begin i started out with an awreness feeling in my testicales the doctor tests me for claymidia and gohonerra but test come back negative he puts me on antibotics and the feeling stops he tells me i just have an infection but i get an awreness i have to go to have a bowl movement he gives me a stronger dose and that stops but i notice little lines of blood on toliet paper after a bowl movement i may have a tear in my rectum and theres a sourness under my buttox near the connecting part of genitals theirs only discomfort if i push on it i dont know if i should be worried and ever since the medication i just do not feel right i mean it has helped but i just dont know and then when i woke up my right arm has felt funny and my two left fingers i mean none of this hurts me but should i be worried im just confused and would really appricate a second opinon. thank you.

As far as the blood and soreness in the rectum area, this may be hemorrhoid related or anal fissure (tear in the rectum area) You can try to get a mirror to see which it may be. Which changes in BM can occur after being on antibiotics.

The arm and fingers you describe sound as though this may be related to a nerve. Which could be pinched or entrapped. If this is something that doesn't go away in about a week, you should follow back up with your doctor, as you may need an NCV and/or EMG test can indicate where this is occurring for proper treatment. If left untreated could cause further damage.
