what is the treatment for pinched neck nerves?

About 6 hours ago at work I think I pinched a nerve (or more) which caused severe neck pain. I have VERY limited motion when turning my head. I have tingling/numbness throughout my right side neck, that shoots down my arm to my thumb. I have VERY limited motion of my arm and hand, and cannot use my right hand really well.
