I have a severely enlarged lymphnode in my right armpit.

I have a severely enlarged lymphnode in my right armpit. Could this be anything serious. What are the posibilities. Thankyou.

Have you been sick at all?
Any fevers?
Any wound near the lympnode?
Are you sure it is a lympnode or is it a boil?

Large pea sized areas under the arm pit are often ingrown hairs that he gotten infected.
