I broke my radius and was in a spint for 10 days, now just a sling. I am supposed to try to extend my arm (w/ a soup can) 3xs a day and pull my hand up to my shoulder-as far as I can.
When pushing my arm to my shoulder, should my palm face up or towards my body- like I was going to drink something? I am not supposed to rotate my wrist, so I would think I should raise my hand-palm towards the body, but it doesn't seem right
