I am a 43 year old woman woke up in the middle of the night with nasua, pressure with pain between shoulders and moderate swelling in my right arm with pressure very sweaty and then cold. Now it's two days later and I am having swelling in both ankles and both feet and where my toes connect to my feet are discolored like black and blue marks.. no pain just pressure

I WOULD BE CONCERNED THAT THE FIRST EPISODE WAS A HEART ATTACK.The swelling you are getting in your feet and ankles now could be "heart failure" from inability of the remaining heart to pump well enough.
I would recommend a trip to the Emergency Department.
