I have had a few incidents of leg and upper arm cramps - once my hands as well - about once every 10 days or so Once these muscle cramps included my neck and shoulders as well. This has started about three months ago and each episode lasted two to three days.
Each time it happened, I awoke in the morning with the cramps.
